The 25-year-old me who left medical school 20 years ago lacked financial education other than getting a high paid job and working hard. Although this takes you along the path towards wealth, it rarely leads to a life of freedom. I have learned a lot since then, and this is where I share the lessons of the last 20 years with my younger self. What went well and the mistakes I made.
Ultimately I want my children to read this and start to get the financial education I never had. Having worked as a doctor, self-employed financial adviser (not currently practising) and now property investor, I hope you find some of these posts useful.
None of the posts here is intended to provide financial advice and is for educational purposes only. Specific financial advice is highly regulated. You should seek an approved financial adviser to understand and get advice on your specific needs.
